The group is also normally engaged in the drafting and negotiation of all kinds of transfer of technology agreements and patents and trademarks license agreements, and their registration before the Mexican authorities. The corporate group also handless matters connected with foreign trade, real estate, telecommunications, antitrust and immigration, among others. In general, the corporate and commercial practices involve all aspects of corporate law in which our domestic or foreign clients may require any legal assistance, including e-commerce aspects.
