| 2. Some matters involving industrial and intellectual property issues, including counseling, require the direct assistance of an attorney-at-law, wich would be charged on an hourly basis from $90.00 USCY-$250.00 USCY depending on the complexity of the case. | ||
| 3. Small entity status can be claimed for patents, design and utility models. Small entities are entitled to pay 50% of the filing government fees. | ||
| 4. While in most cases we limit our charges to the above minimum, certain cases requiring exceptional attention and involving an unusual expenditure of time and effort may force us to increase our charges. The quoted charges are maintained on urgent filing of patent, design, utility model and/or trademark applications. | ||
